We fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen , since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal .

2 Corinthians 4: 18

About Craig

Born in Harare, Zimbabwe, Craig was raised by loving parents who put Jesus first and encouraged him to do the same. Craig learnt that the ultimate treasure of life was knowing and serving the Lord.

After studying finance in South Africa, Craig found himself unexpectedly on a plane back to Zimbabwe to lead a ministry. Over many years of church leadership, Craig noticed that very few had a specific focus on eternity. Very few Christ followers had structured their lives around making the greatest eternal impact during their short time on earth.

In 2017, Craig began Unseen Pursuit to help people fix their eyes on eternity and live on earth for Jesus and His Kingdom.

A CATALYST FOR OUR STORY

ZIMBABWE

Zimbabwe is a tragic example of why we cannot place our trust in this world. We can instead put our hope in the unshakeable, glorious Kingdom of Jesus that is eternally safe, trustworthy and perfect.

The fall of Zimbabwe

Zimbabwe faced immense political turmoil whilst ruled by one of the world’s longest-standing dictators, Robert Mugabe. Many people lost their livelihoods and lives during government-backed farm invasions. With an economy based on agriculture, Zimbabwe spiralled into hyperinflation.

At it’s peak in November 2008, the inflation rate was an estimated 79,600,000,000%.

Prices were going up every few hours. People carried huge wads of notes, known as bricks, to pay for a loaf of bread. Shelves emptied. Hours were spent queueing for fuel and people’s life savings became worthless.

Living through this experience has shaped Craig’s life, teaching him to serve wholeheartedly during his short time on earth, knowing that life is temporary, but God’s Kingdom is eternal.
